I'd hate to hear about all those gains being splattered all over the highway. December 30, 2012 Reply Isaiah Jackson Jeff doesn't need the seatbelt, the seatbelt needs Jeff. December 30, 2012 Reply jomii9 Loved the video, thanks! December 30, 2012 Reply ATHLEAN-X™ Isaiah…who do you think I am…Chuck Norris?!? I need that seatbelt! Like drinking…filming and driving is a bad idea (even for the 10 seconds I did it in this video) Wear your seatbelts TEAM ATHLEAN! December 30, 2012 Reply John Tannous Dear Jeff , when it comes to training I have no excuses but it was too late when I discovered how to train the right way with athleanx. I injured my left shoulde. It hurts everywhere. Now I'm seeing a pt for treatment but I'm really frustrated and my patience is running out. I can't even lift 3 lbs with my left hand. I came over a study done by UNC Chappl Hill that says that anabolic steroids are the best for treating severe shoulder injuries. I'm not a fan of roids. What do u think about that? December 30, 2012 Reply Meq You have no idea Jeff how creative I got when I did athlean-x, srsly a bucket some dumbells and a rope were my good friends for some pulley stuff :D:D December 30, 2012 Reply lalawuwuwu Respect to you sir December 30, 2012 Reply Saeed saif I don`t have trees in my country December 30, 2012 Reply SuperbadXx i don't give excuses on equipment i give results without them. December 30, 2012 Reply PT111111 What I like to see is a program that explains the biomechanic of your muscles. For example, I saw a video of a rear deltoid exercise which explains that this particular muscle is only a supporting muscle. The man then explains that you should use lighter weight and higher reps. Another example is Jeff's own video on bicep curl. I think he calls it his "fielder's curl" where you bend over slightly to change the peak of your curl. December 30, 2012 Reply Johnson Yao what is the bar that is placed in your home called at 10:39? and what is the music that played at the end called? December 30, 2012 Reply achilles Duh Thanks bro.. December 30, 2012 Reply Therioz Those are definitely some good ideas for home training. With these and TRX/suspension training possibilities no one has an excuse that they don't have equipment anymore. That tree limb would be an awesome spot to hang some suspension handles and get a full body workout outside with VERY little equipment. December 30, 2012 Reply Jamie Rowland long time watcher. Do you recommend any good books Jeff? I have a degree in sports science, sports massage therapy, personal trainer and GP referral specialist and am always looking at improving my knowledge any recommendations would be grateful. December 31, 2012 Reply John Chau Jeff, I have a question. If I do overhand pull ups do I still need to do underhand? I really have nowhere to hang a bar from and cant get a chin up bar. December 31, 2012 Reply Tom Connolly Your videos are very helpful and very very inspiring, thank you so much for everything you do. December 31, 2012 Reply biniaminamerica Thanks man and I always enjoy your training style. As a Trainer, my philosophy is that " If you have the will, there is a way" That is very true. Keep up the good work! PS: on your bencheless workout I was think that instead of doing hip thrust to get it on your arm, you may use a yoga bar or any bar to lift the weight that way it would be easy to slide to do your floor press. Just an idea. December 31, 2012 Reply yoshioi Those Marcy weight plates with the screw are the best.
