What’s up guys, I’m about to do the Freeletics Metis workout. It’s awesome, fast and it gets you fit Here we go! That was rough, man! That was pretty, that was pretty intense. I mean, when you look at it And you’re like, “oh, I can do that, easy!” You know, being a professional athlete, you think that But, when you’re doing it, it’s like “Wow!” Once I started to get into the 25 I was really starting to feel it Especially in my core and my quads. It tests that cardio too So, it’s got it all. You gotta have the strength And you have the conditioning to keep up with it So that is awesome. The Metis is pretty cool man Pretty rocking So make sure you get on it.
