Week 3 of WORKOUT CHALLENGE for Increasing Pull-Up Reps | 4amworkoutclub

week three of the pull-up challenge so I
got 15 which is the same number as last week I actually did it differently this
week normally I would do my burn out set of pull-ups after my first chest and
back workout because I hit everything twice
this week I did it after the second chest and back workout so I’m not sure
if that had anything to do with it I was struggling a little bit as you saw some
of the reps were a grind so but I was determined to at least get 15 the same
as last time so we’ll rest up and recover and see
what this week brings catch you guys later
