Treadmill Walking Interval Workout For Weight Loss


Here’s another workout you’re going to do
right now on your treadmill to burn a lot of ugly fat off of that good looking
body of yours in only 10 minutes. But this treadmill workout is harder
because you have to do the entire workout on a hill or an incline, using
your treadmill. But because it’s harder, it will help you burn that ugly
fat off your good looking body faster. Before we start this workout, make sure that
you warmed up for at least 5 to 10 minutes. If you’re already warmed up,
let’s go ahead and get started. Okay. First, let’s go ahead and get set up.
Go ahead and set your treadmill up on an incline, and also put it at a high
speed that’s going to make you work real hard, or very intense during this
entire workout. But, do not run or walk on your treadmill at this time. Stand
at the side of the treadmill like I’m doing now. For example, in this workout video, I’ve got
my incline set at a 15 or a 15 degree angle. If you’re about to do this workout,
you probably want to set your incline on at least a 7. Go ahead and
put it at a speed and an incline that’s good enough for you, to make you work
real hard and burn a lot of fat. Okay. I’m going to give you just a few more
seconds to get your treadmill set up, and then we’re going to start. Okay.
Are you ready? Don’t step on your treadmill yet. We’re going to start in
10 seconds. Get ready. Get ready, we’re going to start soon. Get ready.
We’re going to start in three, two, one, go. All right, there you go. Pick it up. Come
on, pick it up. There you go, walking up a hill. Come on, you can hold on
to the treadmill if you want to. Almost. And, stop. There you go. That’s all we’re going to do throughout this
entire workout. 10 seconds of fast walking and 10 seconds of resting. That’s
all we’re going to do for 10 minutes. Come on, just give me 10 minutes
of doing that. Go. Give me 10 minutes of doing that, you’re going to have
a nice looking body. Come on, keep going. Come on, walking fast. Walking
fast. Come on, keep going. Almost finished. Come on, keep going. And,
stop. Now, look, if walking is too easy for you,
run on the treadmill. All right? If it’s too hard, you might need to slow it
down or you might need to let the incline down. And, go. Come on, pick it
up. Keep going. Walking real fast. Come on. I know it’s hard, but go on
up that hill. Walking fast, keep going. And, stop. There you go. Relax. Come on. Almost. Look
at that clock, we’re going to go up again in 3 seconds. Get ready. And, go.
Come on, walk fast. Or run fast, whatever you’ve go to do to make this intense
for you. Come on, keep going. Keep going, almost. 3 more seconds. And, stop. Come on. I know this workout might be a little
bit tough, but look, if you stick with it, you’re going to look better.
I guarantee it. You’re going to burn off a whole lot of fat off that body
of yours, all right? And, go. Come on, burning off that fat. Getting rid
of that ugly fat. Come on. Come on. Come on, keep going. Keep it intense.
Almost finished. Ready. And, stop. That’s right. Relax. That’s right, keep your
eye on that clock. Because we’re going to walk real fast again in 5 more
seconds. Come on, don’t give up on me. And, go. Come on, go fast. Come
on. Don’t give up. All right, that’s the main thing. Whatever you do, do
not give up. Do not give up. And, stop. Now look, if it’s getting too hard, let the
incline down. But you have to be on some kind of incline while you’re doing
this workout. Don’t make it flat. And, go. Don’t give up on me. Whenever
you think about giving up, just think about that nice looking body you’re
going to have. All right? Keep going. Nice looking body, think about
that. And, stop. There you go. Relax. Relax. And remember,
if this is too easy, speed it up. Either walk faster. . . Go. Either walk faster,
or run faster. Go faster than me. Come on, beat me. I think I’m going
at about 5 1/2 miles per hour right now. I might even be going 6 miles an
hour. Stop. All right. Can you go at 5 1/2 miles an hour
or 6 miles an hour? Well, try that then. Come on, try to beat me. If you
can’t, that’s all right. And, go. The point is, you’ve got to make this
real intense or real hard for you. If it’s real intense or real hard for
you, then it’s going to actually work for you. Don’t make this easy. Do not
make it easy. Stop. Because easy does not equal to goals. Intensity
and hard work and dedication, all of that’s going to give you
that great looking body you want. And, go. Come on, I know it’s tough.
It’s tough for me, too. Come on. But tough means that it’s working. You will
look good. Come on, don’t give up. And, stop. Come on, relax. Come on, look at that clock.
Don’t give up. Think about that sexy body you’re going to get. And, go.
Come on, nice looking body. Come on, think about that. Don’t give up.
I don’t care if you just stand there on the treadmill for 10 minutes, don’t
give up. Don’t get off that treadmill. Stop. Do not get off that treadmill. Whatever you
do, you stay on that treadmill for 10 minutes. All right? Just 10 minutes,
that’s all I ask for, 10 minutes. Get ready. And, go. Come on. Come
on, walk fast. Or run fast. Come on, keep it up. Keep it up. Come on. Almost
finished. And, stop. Come on. Don’t talk yourself into quitting.
If you’ve got a voice inside your head saying, well, maybe I need to quit,
tell that voice to shut up. Because you’re trying to get a nice looking
body. All right, go. All right. Try to do it without holding on to the treadmill,
if you can. Come on. You don’t have to do that. I’m just saying, just
try it. All right. Almost. And, stop. There you go. Come on. I know it’s tough,
but tough means it’s going to work for you. Come on. Don’t give up on me.
And, go. Just try to do it without holding on to the treadmill. You don’t
have to. If you don’t feel comfortable, just keep holding on to the treadmill.
I’m just showing you the example of how to do it without holding
on. And, stop. All right. But if you don’t hold on, it will
be harder and it will be more intense. But like I already said, the harder
and more intense it is, equals the more fat you’re going to burn and the
nicer you’re going to look. Go. Come on, keep it up. Come on. Don’t give up
on me. Don’t give up on me. Keep it up, don’t give up on me. And, stop. There you go. Come on. Keep relaxing. Keep
relaxing. I think you’re more than half way finished. So hang in there with
me. And, go. Remember, this is only 10 minutes. I know it’s hard. But
look, you’ve only got about 5 more minutes left. Just hang in there with
me. Don’t stop. Ready. And, stop. Come on, relax. Keep an eye on that clock.
Remember, if you can, try to do it without holding on. Do whatever you can
to make this more intense. And, go. Just make it intense. But don’t make it
so intense that you have to quit. All right? Just make it intense enough
that it’s going to make you stick in there and burn that fat off your
body. And, stop. Come on. Just keep thinking about that nice
looking body. Think about how people are going to give you all those compliments
when you lose weight. Just think about all the good things that
are going to happen. Go. Come on. Come on, think about how good you’re going
to look. All right? If you’re tired of my voice, just hit the mute button.
All right? But keep going. Stop. That’s right. Come on. Come on. This is the
last half of the workout. And all that means is . . . Go. All that means
is you got to pick it up in the last half. You got to make it more intense.
I know, unlike the first part, it might have been easy, but that second half
is going to get a little bit harder. You got to dig down deep. And, stop. I guarantee you if you dig down deep and you
keep on challenging yourself, you keep trying to make the workout more intense
and more hard, throughout the workout, you’re going to burn more fat.
All right? And, go. And also, once you see those results, you’re going to
want to do this everyday. All right? You’re going to want to do it everyday.
But don’t do it everyday. All right, just do it three or four times
a week. And, stop. Come on, now. Come on, come on. Hang in there
with me. Don’t give up on me. Don’t give up. Come on. We’re doing a real
workout right now. Go. Whenever you do, like, a real workout, you’re going
to lose weight fast, and you’re going to look better faster. Come on. Pick

up being too . . . Go. If it ends up being real hard, just slow it down

got about, like three minutes left. You know what that means? Three minutes
mean it’s, like, a minute and a half of work and a minute and a half of
rest. Go. Come on, fast. That’s all that means. Half walking fast and half
resting. Come on, come on. And, stop. Come on. Look, don’t give up on me, and don’t
give up on yourself. Come on, hang in there. And, go. Come on. Just keep
thinking about that nice looking body you’re going to get. All right? Think
about the faces on your friends’ faces when they see that you’ve lost all that
weight. Stop. Whenever you think about giving up, think
about all the reasons why you want to lose weight. Or burn fat, or look
better. Just think about those reasons. Get ready. And, go. Tell that voice
inside your head that’s trying to make you quit, to shut up. All right? Shut
that voice off right now. Keep going. And, go. You got to knock that voice out. Knock that
voice out of your head, all right? Tell that voice to be quiet. Tell that
voice you want to look better. All right, get ready. And, go. Come
on. Tell yourself you want to look better. Pick it up, go faster. Go a little
bit faster. Come on, a little bit faster. Just a little bit. Come
on. Challenge yourself. And, stop. All right, now. We’re getting towards the
end of the workout. I think it’s about, like, two minutes left. That means
one minute of work and one minute of resting. Come on. And, go. Come on, pick

or run, try to go a little bit faster. If you’re going at 5.5 miles per hour,
this time try to go 5.6. Come one, take it up a little bit. Just a
