Now here are the reasons why, IF, and I really emphasis on IF, you eat a healthy balanced diet, you should be getting all the accurate amount of vitamins that your body, weight, age, and gender should have for all balanced levels. Now UNLESS you have gotten the "A-OKAY" from a doctor to take a multi-vitamin because you are deficient in a level of a certain vitamin then yes take a multi AND including from a company you trust and that has gotten all the certified regulations that it needs to be a product out for sale. Now…..I of all people trust 1UP with ALL my supplements, I take Make Her Lean, Vegan BCAAs, and Daily Cleanse religiously, now here are the reasons why I take them, I have a very sensitive digestion system, Daily Cleanse helps with that and also does the Make Her Lean, I take the BCAAs as a recovery for my muscles because this is the only one I have come across that is gluten-free and that I trust. I will say I trust this company with every supplement I intake. All I am trying to say is that before you start taking ANY!!!!!!!!, multi-vitamin I hope your primary doctor tells you that you need to be taking one. That is all I am saying! And it takes like a day or two for your body to adjust your water balance via certainhormones …so taking a diuretic for a week is not the best idea probably. I’ve been notorious for not getting enough sleep between work and studying but after listening to Joe Rogans Pod Cast about sleep, wow!! I highly recommend everyone listen to that podcast, my mind was blown! Ever since then, I’ve started tracking my sleep and ensuring I’m getting 7-9 hours a night. Very very very rarely can keep function off less for periods of time. Anyways, I’m not the doctor but again, highly recommend that podcast. It really is one of those mind blowing podcast that shines a light on sleep that you may have never thought of before. Including the lack of sleep being linked to cancer and other diseases. I dont mind when you show the new products or what youre using but most of your followers dont need ANY supplements. You can get bcaas by eating normal food with protein, there are 9 aminos and in bcaas are only 3 of them. If you eat chicken and beef and cheese and all that you are getting more aminos and protein for less money! And all the other supplements are nice to have, but for more experienced athletes that have already reached the end of their natural potential and need a little help by using creatine or anything else. It is also questionable if fat burners are actually working. So please dont praise all that to heaven to your subscribers, even though no one really needs that to be able to loose weight!
