The SHOULDERS, CORE, and LEG WORKOUT – In JUST 1 EXERCISE!


Hey guys, this is Jeff Cavaliere from athleanx.com! I wanna show you a really great exercise this
week that’s gonna hit upon a lot of the exercise requests that I’ve been getting from you out
there that wanted to know can I see a little bit more from the legs… …can I see a little
bit more core exercises, can I see a little bit more upper body exercises? Well, I decided to put together one that hit
all three areas at the same time. I’m going to show you how to do it real simple,
because you don’t need a lot of space, you don’t need a lot of equipment. You do need a lot of strength and balance
to do this, though. You basically take out two dumbbells, you’re
gonna make a big combination exercise here. Ok, I’m gonna come down to a one leg squat…from
here, come up, press, down… One leg burpee right here, where your core
stabilizes, come back here… and the hardest part of the exercise, from the burpee into
the press again. And down to your squat, press, down to your
burpee, come out and hop up. [pause]
My legs are already on fire. That burpee’s actually tough on the leg, as
well. The one leg squat gets it and then down to
the burpee. So you’re basically looking at about 10 reps
with the right leg, 10 reps on the left leg, but there’s something really condensed…
we’re looking at multiple body parts with one exercise and strengthening yourself at
the same time, which is really what ATHLEAN-X is about. Remember short workouts…30-40 minutes at
the most, 3-4 times a week. Don’t waste all your time in the gym following
those programs that want you to be doing it for 60-90 minutes, because it’s not necessary. As a matter of fact, most of you out there
