That is the Rastafarian diet in Jamaica and has been around for as long as the Rastas have been around. It has only now just been known outside of the Rastafarian community and Jamaica. The Rastas have been practising clean eating and living for decades now. If they use salt, it is only SEA SALT that they process themselves. Veganism is connected to religious ties derived from India such Buddhism and Hinduism which is connected to reincarnation, they don’t believe in even eating honey . Pestatarian eat fish ?. I would recommend after you’ve eaten meat / fish take a Moringa seeds and a teaspoon and Moringa mix it with honey and it’ll help the meat process faster in your digestive track. ( small intestine)That way it won’t sit in your intestines for 72 hours which is the normal processing time for meat to pass through the body.
