My Personal Fitness Journey: FAT TO FIT – Week 11(+3 NEW PR’S)


hey guys what’s up welcome to week 11 of
my personal fitness journey from fat to fit stay tuned this video to see me set
the new PR lose grip with bench pressing and fall on my ass while squatting it’s
pretty finny to see don’t forget to subscribe and hit the daikon if you like
this video I started the first day with pull-ups
I need 4 sets of 5 reps then I move to the bench because we have edit one set
of 6 reps with fifty kilo two sets of six reps with 60 kilo for grabs
with 70 kilo 2 sets of 5 reps with 65 kilo one we have with 75 kilo then and
filled up with 80 kilo and also a pieman left foot which really sucks then two
more pull-ups animal 3 sets of 5 reps after that and it just dips and the two
sets of seven reps wait thank you extra weight edit and three
sets or seven reps with no external weight at following that and it barbell
bicep curls I need 5 sets of 10 reps with 25 kilo then and it incline
dumbbell presses 8 one set of 8 reps which turned to Cologne and 4 sets of 10
reps with 20 kilo after that I moved to the chest twice machine when I did 3
sets of 10 reps with 45 pillow finally I use the horizontal ab crunch machine
where edit one sack of turnips with 45 alone and 4 sets of 10 reps with 50 kilo
the second day I started with white pull-ups and it’s two sets of 5 reps
then on my lats once to activate it I move to the lock puller bar where edit
one set of 10 reps with 40 kilo one set of 10 minutes with 50 kilo and 3 sets of
10 reps with 60 kilo then I went to deadlift to warm up I did one set of 660
low then two sets of six reps with 80 kilo finally my feet
with a sumo grip it’s one rep with 110 kilo after that I moved to lucky ages we
read it five sets Oh ten reps finally I use the horizontal
Evelyn’s machine again we’re headed tea sets of ten reps with 45 kilo the third
day I started with the bench pants again and it’s one set of six cups with 50
kilo to warm up then two sets of six laps with 60 kilo followed by two more
shots or six reps with 65 kilo then three laps with 70 kilo one lap with 75
kilo and then I set my new PR which is one rep with 80 kilo I’m very happy with
this after the bench mess I need pull-ups with 5 sets of 5 reps following
pull-ups and it leg raises when I let 5 sets of 10 reps then
another good pumping through my ABS I went to the horizontal up crunch machine
we’re headed 5 sets of 10 reps with 45 kilo I also use a new machine today the
hamstring machine where I need two sets of six naps with 15 kilo followed by two
sets of six reps with 30 kilo and finally two sets of 10 reps with also 30
kilo I went up in one second and down in two seconds then I went to the chest
twice machine we’re headed spine sets ohh
then the – with 45 kilo after that I need white pull-ups where three sets of
5 reps finally I use the incline chest press machine with free weights in the
rate five sets of six reps with 20 clip size and clean apps with particular
besides the fourth day I started with pull-ups and it seven sets of 5 reps
then I need something which I haven’t done before which is squats I started
with 2 sets of 10 reps with 40 below and then three more sets of 10 reps with 6
kilo it is pretty funny because in the first set with 60 kilo I fell on my ass
at the end then I used to see the background machine where I did 5 sets of
10 reps with tequila per side then I went on to three
my next I first use an abductor machine man and his five sets of ten Hampshire
is 50 kilo then I went to the abductor machine where I also ate five sets of
ten reps with 50 kilo then I went to a horizontal up crunch machine we’re
headed five sets of 10 reps with 50 kilos because in the weekend I can ask
you nicely I also did color extensions today with the seated leg press machine
in the red 5 sets of 10 reps with 141 kilo and finally I also use a seated leg
press machine for necklace and I started with one set of 10 reps with 141 kilo
followed by 3 sets of 10 reps with 125 kilo now under the provisions of this
week as you can see I’ve made a lot of others
in my back area and my shoulders are getting wider this is very nice to see
