I was like her in this channel: in my 20’s, did whatever I want, drank whatever I want, ATE whatever I want and never had to count calories (just ate intuitively healthy). I admit, I'm that girl who's also obsess with getting abs my concern is that, can I achieve it without going to gym. I feel like I'm not making any progress and it's frustating. August 21, 2018 Reply CathyTng Hi Emi! I've been on the track of workout journey for almost 4 years. It first started up whereby I just did home workouts everyday without eating healthily which caused I was unable to cut down my lower belly fats. After graduated from university and while waiting for my job posting, I did simple yoga plus regular workouts, reduce the quantity of carbs for my dinner and quitting supper, I do see results after 3 months as my belly becomes leaner. I continued this lifestyle after I started my working life and tend to reduce more carbs and I started having irregular periods problem. Emi, is it an issue that I am taking unbalance diet and workout too frequently? I am so lost right now. But still, I don't have a body like yours and even some of the "before bodies" look similar to mine(I think I look similar to your body in 2014 currently). I did improve, but I still don't have a thigh gap or a lean and toned arms. I am so frustrated because I really, honestly take care of my diet and try to eat clean(not 100% clean of course but still..), do work out regularly like 4 times a week(I like to follow your fitness videos!). Although not often, I make myself to throw up if I feel full.
