fitness challenges of 2015 I’ll be sure to put a link in the description Alright, so let’s get started The first move is we’re doing two 8-counts of kick steps so we kick our right foot out and step on it our left foot out and step on it So let’s try that – 5, 6, 7, 8 And 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 And 2, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 So now you have your right foot free So we’re gonna step out on that And your arms are just reaching out and you step together, snap Repeat to the left Out, and snap Again to the right And snap, and then point up So let’s try that from the step touches 5, 6, 7, 8 Go step, snap, step, snap, step, snap and point And then the next movement is you’re just
switching your feet, 2, 3, 4 And you’re just bending your right knee,
left knee, right knee, left knee So we go 1, 2, 3, 4 And you wave your hand 5, 6, 7, and kiss! So let’s try that from the step touches 5, 6, 7, 8 It goes right, snap, snap, snap, and point And right, left, right, left, and wave, wave, wave, kiss Moving on It goes right, left, right, left, right, left, right, left So the movement is right, left, right, left,
head, break away 5, 6, 7, repeat And right, left, right, left, head, break away 5, 6, 7, 8 Two more times And head, break away, 5, 6, 7, 8 And right, and head, break away, 5, 6, 7, 8 Moving on Now we’re just walking to the right, and right, left, right Together, repeat to the other way One more time to the right And one more time to the left, 8 Moving on, we’re just clapping for three 8-counts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 2, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 And 3, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 And stop 3, 4, you hold that count, 5, 6, 7, 8 Alright, so let’s try it from the step touches and then we’ll move on So from the step touches, 5, 6, 7, 8 And step, touch, step, touch, step, touch, and point And right, left, right, left And wave, wave, wave, kiss And right, left, right, left, and head, break away, 5, 6, 7, 8 And right, left, right, left, head, break away Two more times Head, break away And right, nod, break away, 5, 6 Walk to the right, and right Together, and left Together, and right And left, 6, 7, 8 And clap, clap, clap, clap, clap One more 8, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 And stop, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 Now we’re moving on So for the next 8, we’re stepping on our right left, stop, right Left, right, stop, left And every time you step on that foot, your
