Welcome back to my channel. This week I’m bringing you a video that is
probably one of the most requested videos that I get through emails, messages on social
media and it’s “How do I get Thinner Thighs?” There are a lot of different exercises that
you can do to target the thighs and I’m going to run you through some of my favourite ones
today. Before we get started I do need to say that
this video has absolutely nothing to do with creating a thigh gap because, quite honestly,
that is ridiculous. And that’s all I’m going to say about that. This video’s all about being strong, being
healthy, embracing your legs whatever shape they are and being the best version of you. Alright then, so today all your going to need
