He doesn't use any of the other stuff. The ball is 10 bucks at Canadian Tire, or whatever store you have there. otherwise improvise. Hanging leg raises with a twist, or other leg raises I would guess. May 7, 2010 Reply ATHLEAN-X™ @TenguMT Tengu….there actually IS a little two pack that occupies that space that you're talking about. It's just hard to get them to show most of the time. The two things you can do to make them pop more is develop your lower chest with dips to make sure you're defining the line between the pecs and upper abs more. And make sure to do regular crunches so you work the upper abs primarily (though all one muscle group!)
