I eat whatever I want and stay satiated on the keto diet, I don't even crave that filthy crap anymore. Who cares if it's moderate, It's filthy food. "Yeah, let's eat sugar free gum that has aspartame." a proven carcinogen by the FDA. Sugar is a sugar in your body, fructose is so much WORSE than glucose based on it's metabolic process. The sugar in bananas offsets the actual health benefits of them. The human brain runs almost exclusively on glucose=sugar=healthy carbs. Healthy carbs feed your brain & body so well but if you deprive your body of what it needs (fruit, sweet potatoes beans brown rice), you miss out on vital fiber, water nutrients.
