Functional Fitness Training Exercises for Beginners : Russian Twist Functional Fitness Exercise

Hello my name is Carey Kepler and I’m a

at This next exercise is called the Russian twist –
it works core strength, flexibility and stability. You will need a stability ball, as you roll
out you’re going to place your shoulders on the stability ball and rotate from side
to side. Your arms need to be up, hands together, and as you get strong your can place weight
or medicine ball or strength ball in your arms.
