Elise: Unlearning Bad Habits


When we come to the mat, we can exhale out
the stress and worry, and realize that we don’t
have to carry with us everything we have
accumulated in our brain over 20, 30, 40 years. When we come to the mat, it’s an opportunity
to unlearn stress, to unlearn worry,
to unlearn doubts that we have accumulated
about ourselves. So I hope that today,
when you come to the mat, you’ll practice letting go of all the junk cluttering
up your brain. This will help you access
the true nature and vibrancy of your heart.
