Hello moms…. how are you all doing? so today… we had an amazing day…. because… I just attended Ikigai fest and came the way whole community came together… Oh!my god… It was a dream come true moment…. we are doing an event called IKIGAI fest… if you didnt know i am just talking about that… this is like…. one day in a week…. or at least twice a month we are trying to catch up and where we are all coming together and show casing our talents… so in today’s event…. Hari chandana came and did her yoga session… it was amazing to see her in action…so all these days we were dong our own exercises na… now we are going to touch 50… so..now i want to start talking about the most important aspects…. It’s time you start designing your practice…. all the exercises are involved with different parts of the body… where we can see arm… shoulder…. core… legs and different different body parts are involved..so are you able to understand that difference… and… If you have to design practice for yourself.. can you identify the weaker parts in your body Today am not going to give you workout video…. and i am going to give you in formation that you design your own practice…. first and foremost thing is identify which area needs workout…. identify and post us today….. not just that… come over to IKIGAI fest…. because it is a beautiful feeling to see the entire community coming together… and celebrating… fitness… fun and also amazing talks are happening… we have talks on cyber security…. on finance… on lot of very powerful topics we are having… how to avoid sport injuries… diet and many many important aspects are there do come with your family… it will be a great get away… we are so used to celebrate beautiful moments with family do register for the next IKIGAI fest… design your practice today in today’s practice identify your week parts and design a practice for that and post it in the community so that I will see and give you an advise weather you have done it right or not… OK… that’s it for today… Have lot of fun.. make your own practice and dont forget #100daysbellyfattobellyfit #millionmoms #fitindia using these # do post your practice… Take up the 21 day challenge… www.millionmoms.in
