Welcome to the Daily Dose of Dennis episode number 239. Hey, I finished Three Week Yoga Retreat, it is my second round of that program and I’m very excited about the results. I’ve been doing Core de Force in conjunction with it, so my days have been really long or my workouts have been really long but I like the results. I’m really toning up in places that I want to be toned, so that’s exciting. I’ve been burning a lot of calories if you follow me on Snapchat or Instagram you’ve been noticing or you’ve been seeing those pictures. And, so yeah, I’m pretty excited about that. I continue Core de Force, here into the last few I think it’s a week-and-a-half that i have so I’m excited about that one. And then I’ve got to think of a program to do once I finish that. I’m not exactly sure what it’s gonna be but I might go back to PiYo because I really really like that I want to, I want to do that program. But we’ll see, I’ll make a decision here in the next couple of days. I hope that you had a great weekend and I hope that you make it a fantastic week.
