So this move right here is a Combat Burpee,
we are going to get nice and low, Vex is going to throw 4 punches, 1, 2, 3, 4, bring it down
to a sprawl, you can add that push up in if your an and bring it right up, back to that
1, 2, 3, 4, sprawl. Bring it right back up. If you can’t do the push up, hit that shrug,
get your hips low, get your core engaged and then pop it right back up. One, two, three,
four. If you have any ill intentions with those punches, I suggest you let it out right
now. Pop. You hold any, any, anything in, you better get it out right here. Come on.
