back to my channel today i’m sharing a super healthy protein and fiber rich
breakfast smoothie for weight loss this nutrient-dense green smoothie can be had
as a filling breakfast meal option especially on those busy mornings and it
will keep you feel fuller till lunch time. An ideal quick breakfast for those
with health issues like thyroid, PCOS, and diabetes. so let’s get started with the
recipe the main ingredient in this green weight-loss smoothie is fresh moringa
leaves, moringa is also known as nature’s multivitamin. Recent studies at the
National Centre for Biological Sciences (NCBS) found that moringa is a good source
of vitamin A, C, and E. Moringa helps in reducing diabetes, boost metabolism, has
cardio and neuro protective, and anti-cancer properties. This miracle
plant is also rich in minerals one of the key molecules in moringa helps in
lipid metabolism which is needed for weight loss and another important thing
found by NCBS is that moringa improves good hormonal balance so those with
hormonal issues must include moringa in their diet

The study and NCBS shows that moringa contains 30 times more iron and 100
times more calcium than spinach so those with iron deficiency anemia and calcium
deficiency please do include fresh moringa leaves or dried moringa

moringa in your diet. Now into my blender I’m adding in 7 to 8 cashew nuts
it is about roughly a handful of cashew nuts, now basically we are making cashew
milk so and in 1 glass of water the healthy fats in cashew nuts will help
assimilate fat-soluble vitamins like vitamin A and E in moringa leaves. now
if you don’t have cashew nuts you can use any nut of your choice or you can even
use nut butter of your choice peanut butter and almond butter are good
options next add in 1/2 cup fresh moringa leaves if you are using
organic marina powder use one and a half teaspoon and in 1 heaped teaspoon chia
seeds for that extra omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, fiber, iron, and calcium add
in 1 tablespoon flax seed for some extra healthy fats antioxidants protein fiber

channel. add in 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder I am using freshly ground
cinnamon powder however I will leave a link for organic cinnamon powder in the

anti-diabetic effect and has anti-inflammatory properties now, moringa does has a slight bitter taste so to balance that I’m adding in 1 soft medjool
dates and lastly I’m adding in 1 cup of fresh pineapple you can also use
a frozen pineapple if you prefer. blend this on high speed until everything is
nicely mixed and combined pour the blended moringa smoothie into a serving
glass and top it with 1/2 TSP chia seeds and 1 tbsp chopped cashew nuts for that
extra crunch and my super healthy and nutrient dense moringa our weight loss
