Hello Friends I am going to show you BPPV Vertigo exercises or Brandt Daroff exercises to cure Vertigo, BPPV, Dizziness or Balance Disorder These exercises are called Brandt Daroff exercises These exercises are very effective exercises to cure Balance Disorder or BPPV (Vertigo) or Dizziness This exercise consists of Five sets which make one session Each session takes about ten minutes It starts with sitting straight, look straight Lie on one side Turn your head half way towards the ceiling, keep looking in this direction as if somebody 6 ft. tall standing in front of you and you are looking at his head Keep looking for about 30 seconds or until the dizziness subsides Get up, Sit straight for another 30 seconds or until the dizziness subsides which normally takes 30 seconds Now repeat on the other side Turn your head half way towards the ceiling and keep looking in this direction for 30 seconds or until the dizziness subsides Get up, Sit straight for another 30 seconds or until the dizziness subsides This completes one set. Likewise you have to do five sets to complete one session. You must do 42 sessions for best results. These 42 sessions can be completed in two weeks by doing 3 sessions a day or in three weeks by doing 2 sessions a day Thanks for watching.
