so guys , this video is for the people who study in school and those who dont have time for going gym dont have money to go gym and dont have proper knowledge today will tell you the basic and best exercise – pushups now i will show you u how to do it you have keep your hands on the floor with the level of your shoulder width you have to close your legs now you have to come down with your face towards the floor you have to repeat it 5 to 10 times a day those who find this difficult to do they can do knee pushups you have to put your knees on floor and perform it only on behalf of arm strength this exercise have many benefit your chest will be widen this will also effect your arm strength biceps ,triceps and back so this is a overall exercise you should do this you just try this today i will come up with more exciting exercise tomorrow
