8 Best Exercises to Blast Belly Fat


Great abs are not made in the gym, great abs are made in the kitchen, 100% truth. I made
this video out of sheer frustration, I got sick and tired of seeing things pop up on
my newsfeed on facebook for women’s health, their different help magazines where they’re
talking about ways to get great abs and they always refer to exercise. If you even Google
search it this is the kind of stuff that’s going to come up,, it’s going to talk about
crunches, and I don’t care who you are, you can do crunches until the cows get home
but if you’re not feeding your body right, if you’re not getting enough sleep, if you
are stresses in a max you’re not going to get great abs, I’m sorry. And the same goes
to the magazines you pass in the store when you whatever it is that doctor oz is hailing
this month, whatever supplement it is don’t buy into the hype, there is no magic pill
or portion that’s going to melt you from top off. If you’re looking to reduce belly
fat you have to change the way that you’re eating. Yu know what? it’s probably not
as complicated or difficult as you imagined it to be. So that’s it, that’s my rant,
sometimes I just got to put my mini pants on.
