Owie! ♥️ March 23, 2018 Reply jeffrey sherow I have been doing your workouts for a while, I even follow the motive calendar, for the most part. They are really great. This one in particular really kicked my butt while using a pretty challenging pair of dumbbells. I still go off your calendar sometimes for more traditional strength training with weights and a more specialized and rigorous stretching for my martial arts, but, the workouts have really helped me get back in shape for the next sparing tournament season.
