About 6 months ago, I got more serious about doing kettlebells on a regular basis. Your videos have helped me immensely and I'm so much stronger muscle and cardio wise now. I am curious how you get your calories burned estimates. Do you base those figures on yourselves? I have a Fitbit, but it doesn't really have a good estimate on my calories burned for kettlebell workouts. Anyway, keep up the great work, we appreciate you both!
