3 Day Refresh Review + Results

Hi guys! It’s Petrina here, your go to girl
for learning how to make fit work in a crazy busy world. I am done with 3 Day Refresh and
I’m so excited! You know what’s about to go down? This is about to go down. Food! This
sandwich by the way is made with Arnold’s Sandwich Thins. If you’re friends with me
on Facebook or on Instagram you probably already know about this sandwich, but it’s like one
egg, two slices of bacon, probably about 1/16 of an avocado sliced really thinly and two
slices of my favorite tomatoes, which are campari. They’re very sweet and juicy and
I love them. It probably clocks in at around 260-270 calories so it is a very low calorie
breakfast. It’s not like I’m heading right over to IHOP to eat pancakes right after I’m
done, but, but I bet you’re waiting for my results. Do you want to know what they are? In just 3 days, I lost 4 1/2 pounds, 3 1/2
inches from my waist and 2 inches from my hips. This is a really great program I think
especially for those whose jeans are starting to fit a little bit tight and they really
want to get back on track quickly and start feeling a little bit more comfortable in their
jeans, so I think this is going to be my go to when I’m getting to that point, which I’m
going to strive not to because mama does like to eat her food. I’m going to be totally honest
with you. I like food! I like food a lot! I did get a question PMed to me about the
fiber sweep and whether or not it will have you running to the bathroom or having like
diarrhea episodes and no. It was normal, regular, natural. This is a very gentle kind of cleanse.
That’s it. That is my 3 Day Refresh and review. As always, if you have any questions you can
feel free to email me at [email protected] You can sign up for absolutely free fitness
coaching with me at MakeFitWork.com and in the video I’ll have a video link probably
somewhere up in this corner where you can click on my website and learn more about the
program and even order if you’re ready. That’s it. Take care. Have a great day. Bye
bye!
