I'm now in my mid-year in 2nd year college and I've gained so much in a month – from 49kg now I'm at 55kg – and my belly is now so soft and squishy (don't get me wrong, I like my soft and squishy belly too!!!! It's just that my uniform's starting to get tight! ?). I never worked out too much before, but I used to be in a dance troupe so I was pretty active and probably how I had and maintained a good shape.I tried this and I lasted for only the first 10 minutes 8 seconds. It hurt too much so I stopped early :c But I will continue to do this as much as I can! I subbed. Great videos! Thank you! I was sweating so bad and my lower abs and legs were burning. After the exercise I was still shaking.. I did the 10mins lower abs workout by Emi on bed for a couple of days so I never thought this excercises of 20 min would've kill me so bad ahahI couldn't do the last exercise. I tried but i kept falling down. My body was so tired after the previous excercises that my arms couldn't handle it LOL. Trying again tomorrow ? #nopainnogainDay 2: I did all the excercises!
