It’s Alicia Yamagami To start today off, We’re going to do my facial massage When I can back to Japan 3 years ago Japanese food and snacks were too delicious and first time in my life, I gained weight So my face got so bloated and Puffy I used to look like this and the sad part is that in pictures with all the angles and what not, It was a lot worse than it seems When I continuously did this facial massage my face became more slim So I make sure I do it everyday even now This is the way that I do it personally so please watch it just as a reference Alright, we’ll get to it! Before we officially start, we’ll begin with prepping the skin Today we’ll be using LuLuLun’s Hokkaido limited edition face mask okay! It’s a little hard talk with the mask Massage the hairline to the back of the head with the hands like this The scalp is connected to the muscles in your face So its important to massage the scalp for your face to relax to get better results So I make sure to massage it I like to massage my head in a zig-zag motion It feels really good This massage is the most effective when you’re in the bath Improved blood circulation allows the lymph flow to improve as well which helps remove the toxins Try it next time! Now moving on to the ears I’ve heard that Both of the ears combined, there are about 350 pressure points I make sure to not forget them It’s also super easy Just pinch the entire ear Like this Once you feel like you pressed enough Pull lightly and move it around in circular motion Just like this This also feels really good Even when you are busy It’s super easy to incorporate even on the go So I highly recommend it! Alright Moving on to the nape of the neck We’re going to massage here as well Also the shoulder and the collar bone Just press along the collar bone Sandwich the collar bone and keep on pressing until the back of the shoulder And do the same on the other side Moving on to the armpits Place 4 fingers under the armpit and massage The toxins also like too stick around here So massage it real good Now remove the face mask I’m sure there are still tons of moisture left on the mask So we’re going to take that to tap along the neck and the collar bone Sliding it along It’s important during the massage that you’re sliding your fingers So make sure to have a face cream or oil on For today We had our mask on and additional to that we’re going to use argan oil This one is from spa Hinoki 2, 3 pumps work it in your hands first Don’t forget your neck as well Now onto the face I like to start from the top to bottom So starting from the forehead Make a fist and in a up and down motion and massage to the side Also in circular motion Press down on the temple Now the eyebrows Bend your thumb and it makes it easier to press the pressure points In this area Right under the brow, just press down lightly Pinch your eyebrows to massage Press the temples again When you skip this part the bagginess of the eyes, and the puffiness will make your eyes look smaller So by doing this You’re eyes will look more awake It’s good to do it in the morning The skin under the eyes are very thin So I only lightly tap it sometimes and nothing else Along the bridge of the nose Just like in my “removing makeup video” We’re going to massage the nose and push right by the nostril and slide it all the way down This area also holds toxins so make sure to massage it thoroughly When you massage your face If you press too hard, it’ll cause damage to the skin but if you do it too lightly, it wont have much effect So not too hard but to the point of good pain Alright, With two fingers From here, bring it down sliding along the cheekbones There’s also a pressure point here press and release along the neck There’s a lymph flow here as well So just glide it down I’m quite lazy So I usually do this while I’m doing something else Like watching YouTube or when watching TV or taking a bath I’ll usually do this massage Moving on To reduce the smile lines In circular motion, just like this For face line, and to avoid double chin And again with the fingers Right along the cheek and bring it up and once you’ve brought it up Press the pressure point in front of the ear bring it back, and slide it down It will have better results when you do it one side at a time Can you hear that When there’s a built up of toxins, it makes a sound Once you’ve brought it down, Slide it down all the way once you’ve done that, with your hand like this, just like if you were to iron your face pull across Really hate how it looks but It takes all the bloat So its important and slide it again AND THAT’S IT!
