Hey, what’s up! This is Yu Yoneya with Total Skiing Fitness. So, today I’m gonna do “Top to Bottom” and it’s been a while since I did this last year. I don’t wanna get injured in the early season, so take it easy. I have the same feeling since the last spring, which is pretty nice, but I know my brain and body don’t connect well in the early season. It’s kinda risky to push myself hard as the last spring at this phase, so you should make sure how accurate your body and brain work and know what you can do now. And wear your helmet! Safety first! Oh my gosh. My legs are completely burning. I’m getting toned. Aight, keep it up! OK. That was “Top to bottom @ Kagura”. I did a front-flip in the middle of the course because…. Whatever. That was not what I want to do. It happens sometimes, so that’s because you need a helmet. This will save your life! Let’s wear a helmet, and enjoy your ski life!
