How to lose your arm fat, How to lose your thigh fat weight loss diet plans and exercises including diet plans and exercises for those who want to gain weight as well. Today the exercises will be performed by my friend Priyanka So this is Priyanka Lets begin with the exercise ??? Ofcourse …Lets rock this workout Now Let’s call the man behind these exercises Professionally trained international fitness trainer Steve So without delay Let’s begin with the exercises Priyanka is ready…. Steve is ready.. Are you guys ready??? Lets Do this. The first exercise is quite simple. Just do some deep breathing 10 times by lying down with your eyes closed. Next Exercise: Simply raise your head towards your chest by lying down on the floor Do this 20 times Next exercise: Raise your shoulders towards your chest by lying down on the floor Also note, raise only your shoulders do not raise more than that. Watch how steve does it. do this 20 times Next exercise: Remain in the lying down position and put pressure on your elbows and raise your upper body. In this manner Also try to balance pressure on each elbows. Do not try to put more pressure on one elbow because this might lead to an injury. So keep that in mind. Do this 20 times Next exercise: Remain in the lying down position and raise upper body till where your hand was resting. Do this 20 times This exercise is quite difficult to perform First time is always hard you might not be able to complete this exercise but dont get disheartened even Priyanka is doing this exercise for the first time you can see how she is struggling to do the exercise. So Just do how much ever you can Once you get a hang of it you would be able to do all these exercises with ease. Next exercise: Without bending your knees raise your legs 10 degrees above the ground. And hold it for 20 seconds. Warning: In this exercise we are also raising our head but for beginners this is quite difficult Hence just relax your head on the floor And just raise your legs. Next exercise: Very similar to the previous one, without bending your knees raise your legs to 45 degrees above the ground and hold it for 20 seconds Warning: In this exercise we are also raising our head but for beginners this is quite difficult Hence just relax your head on the floor
And just raise your legs. So lets begin Next exercise : Raise your legs a little more than 90 degrees above the ground without bending your knees and hold it for 20 seconds Next exercise : Raise your legs a little above 90 degrees from the floor and slowly your legs. But make sure you dont bend your knees plus your legs should not touch the floor while lowering them. Warning: In this exercise we are also raising our head but for beginners this is quite difficult
Hence just relax your head on the floor
And just raise your legs. See how steve does it Do this 20 times After this exercise…. hold your legs 90 degrees for 10 seconds Next exercise: Stretch your both hands behind your head then take your left hand and touch your right leg and vice versa. In this manner Next exercise is Plank Try to be in plank position for atleast 30 seconds Now you would be able to feel a heat in your tummy That means this exercise is working on you Try this tomorrow as well 5 days a week and get amazing results See you next time.
